A few missing screws or an entire parts box, our technicians can survey what is needed to complete that furniture assembly. Standard hardware will be obtained and assembly completed the same day as the survey.

The first step in any claim process is to survey and document the damage claimed by your customer. Our experienced staff will review the claim form as filed, visit with your customer to get their input then personally inspect all reported items. Photos will be taken of each item in its entirety as well as close ups of damaged areas. A report will be completed recording any evidence of damage that may be pre-existing and the evidence that supports this conclusion.
